Stodmarsh National Nature Reserve covers 241 hectares of
diverse landscape comprising reed beds, grazing marsh and
lagoons.
There are several bird hides located on the reserve, and these
are great places to spot the abundance of bird life that enjoys the
habitat.
Numerous footpaths run through Stodmarsh, including two easy
access nature trails. The
Stour Valley Walk and the
Saxon Shore Way long distance walking routes also connect with
the reserve.
- Paths are largely suitable for electric scooters
- The nearest train station is Canterbury East or Bekesbourne (6
miles).
